A strong restoration brand that homeowners could barely find
American Standard Restoration did not have a reputation problem. They had reviews, recognizable branding, and the team to handle water, mold, fire, and property-damage work. The issue was visibility. Homeowners were often seeing competitors first, even though those competitors did not always have the same credibility or review strength.
In restoration, the first few credible businesses in Google get the first few calls. Before this campaign, American Standard Restoration was not consistently showing up in those top positions.
Why the Google Map Pack mattered so much
The Map Pack is where urgent local decisions often begin. Homeowners compare reviews, service details, and basic trust signals, then either call directly from the listing or click through to the site. That is why our local strategy focused heavily on Map Pack rankings supported by a much stronger website.
What the original online foundation was missing
- The site had fewer than five pages and ranked for only 17 organic keywords.
- More than 100 Google reviews were not being fully used because too few homeowners were finding the profile at the right moment.
- There was no coordinated local SEO system connecting the Google listing, service pages, city pages, citations, links, and Tacoma-specific content.
How we launched the 2026 campaign
American Standard Restoration started working with us on February 19, 2026. We immediately worked on two connected tracks: build the new website and strengthen Map Pack rankings. We did not wait for the site to be finished before building citations, supporting properties, local signals, and ranking momentum.
The new custom WordPress website was built in one week, revised during the second week, and launched within two weeks while the local campaign continued moving in the background.
From 17 keywords to more than 120
The new site gave Google dedicated content around water mitigation, emergency extraction, mold remediation, sewage cleanup, fire restoration, storm damage repair, and reconstruction. Instead of a small brochure site, Google now had a complete service structure it could connect to Tacoma-area searches.
We also continued expanding the campaign with 10 custom blogs and 25 handwritten city pages every month to grow topical authority and geographic reach without relying on thin duplicate location pages.
Why the calls and jobs increased
As the rankings improved, more homeowners saw the company’s review profile and started engaging. In May, profile interactions increased 150% compared with May 2025. In June, interactions reached 140 and calls reached 37. In the last 30 days, the company closed over 15 jobs through Google.
This was not just reporting movement. Google shifted from producing almost no measurable work in 2025 to becoming a growing source of real restoration jobs in 2026.
Where the campaign goes next
The rest of 2026 is about improving the remaining keywords, expanding the ranking radius, and turning more of the Tacoma market into consistent calls, leads, and booked restoration jobs month after month.
